Q: What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Q: Where do you ship?
Cherrychoke ships to Canada, USA and UK.
***Any duties/taxes upon delivery will be paid by the customer***
Q: Where is your local pick up spot?
Our local pick up spot is at IN GOOD TIME located at 951 Queenston Rd in Stoney Creek, Ontario.
It is your responsibility to pick up your order if you choose to select the local pick up option. You can pick up your order at your convenience during the shops operating hours.
They are open Monday to Friday from 10am-5pm and Saturday 9am-4pm.
If your order isn't picked up after some time, you will be sent an email to remind you to pick it up.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of the local postal service.
Q: What if my package is lost or damaged?
All packages will have a tracking number.
Your order gets shipped out in perfect condition with no damages or flaws, so any damages that would appear upon arrival would have had happened while in transit. Which means damage is caused by the postal service.
Any order issues due to the package being damaged while in transit would require a claim to be submitted with the courier.
Please email us with any issues as we can look into it with the courier we use.
Q: Do you offer wholesale?
